Post Forming Adhesive is a superior grade, high performance water based polyvinyl acetate dispersion enriched with special additives, developed especially for half round and full round post forming applications.

Application Methods
- Surfaces to be bonded should be free from oil, grease, dust and dirt.
- Surfaces should be dry and properly levelled; roughen them for best results.
- Stir the contents of the container before use.
- Apply an even coat, first on the porous surface such as plywood, MDF or particle board.
- Do not allow the adhesive to dry. Bring both surfaces into contact with proper alignment and press from one side using a wet squeezed cloth to avoid bubbles and trapped air.
- Pressure can be given using post forming machines in auto / manual mode for half bound, full bound, bull nose and duck bull nose profiles.
