1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Inter-City Delivery
- • ₹300 for orders up to 5 kg

Express Shipping
Same Day Delivery
- • ₹400 for orders up to 5 kg
- • ₹600 for orders 5-15 kg

Next Day Delivery
- • ₹250 for orders up to 5 kg
- • ₹400 for orders 5-15 kg
- • ₹550 for orders 15-25 kg

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for:
- • Orders above ₹5,000 (within city limits)
- • Orders above ₹10,000 (inter-city delivery)
- • Bulk orders (50+ kg) - contact us for special pricing
- • Corporate clients with annual contracts
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery
- Same City: 2-3 business days
- Neighboring Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Express Delivery
- Same Day: Order by 12:00 PM
- Next Day: Order by 6:00 PM
- Priority: 1-2 business days
Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, festivals, or adverse weather conditions. We will notify you of any delays via email or SMS.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order through our website or mobile app.
Real-time updates are provided at each stage: Order Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For damaged items, please take photos and do not accept the delivery if the package appears severely damaged.
6. Special Delivery Requirements
Bulk Orders
For orders above 100 kg, we offer special delivery arrangements with dedicated vehicles and flexible delivery windows.
Corporate Clients
Corporate clients can avail of scheduled deliveries, multiple delivery locations, and dedicated account management.
