Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order with Synergy Bonding Solutions.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the products have not been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at marketing@synergybonding.in with your order details.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for orders cancelled within the allowed period or for products received in a damaged or defective condition.
To request a refund for damaged or defective products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for refunds.
Custom or special order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Return Process

If a return is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
