Pressure sensitive SIS based hot melt for labelling PP, BOPP and PE labels to PET bottles on high-speed labelling machines.
Product Description
STICK-ONN C MELT PSA-BLS89 is suitable for labelling PP, BOPP and PE labels to PET bottles for beverages and mineral water on high-speed labelling machines. It is designed for vertical labellers at both the pick-up and lap-glue stations, and can also be used on other plastic or glass containers and a variety of other labels.
The product is formulated to minimise degradation in the melt at the specified application temperatures. For best performance keep to the suggested temperature; never exceed 180°C, which may cause degradation, char formation and loss of end-use properties.

Product Features
- Best suited to high-speed machines (over 400 bottles per minute)
- No fumes or fibre formation during operation
- No loss of dry tack on storage, before or after use
- Free-flowing melt with good pumpability and spreading
Storage, Handling & Shelf Life
- Store in the corrugated box as supplied, away from high temperatures. Rotate stock first-in, first-out.
- Provide proper ventilation in the work area.
- Keep the glue tank, hose, pipe and nozzle at 150 – 170°C; never exceed 180°C.
- Shelf life: one year from the date of manufacture.
